1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using POV Travel’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

POV Travel offers:

Group Tours – Pre-arranged travel itineraries with set dates and group sizes.
Custom Tours – Tailored travel arrangements based on your preferences.
Flight Help – Assistance with cancellations, rebookings, and compensation claims.

3. Booking & Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or a non-refundable deposit is received.
Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Our Role & Liability

We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays, cancellations, or changes by third parties.
- Illness, injury, death, or loss of property.
- Missed connections or travel disruptions.
- Acts of nature, political events, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

5. Your Responsibilities

Ensure you have valid travel documents, visas, and required vaccinations.
Comply with local laws and customs.
Have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
Arrive at departure points on time.
