ABOUT US

POV Travel started with two explorers who weren’t very good at sitting still. We figured travel shouldn’t just be about snapping selfies in front of landmarks. It should be about the kind of adventures that make your friends go, wait, you did what?
So that’s what we do. Swim with sharks. Snorkel with whales. Wander into deserts just to find carvings that have been waiting six thousand years for someone to notice them again. If you’re looking for all-inclusive buffets and hotel bracelets, you’re in the wrong place. If you like salt in your hair, dirt on your boots, and the possibility of something big and toothy swimming past you, welcome aboard.
We believe the more you see, the more you care. And once you’ve locked eyes with a curious humpback whale or stared at the milky way in the middle of nowhere, it’s kind of hard not to care.

OUR STORY

This all kicked off with one simple thought: travel should feel like discovery, not like following a guide with a microphone. We wanted close encounters with creatures that don’t fit in aquariums, stories that never make it into textbooks, and the kind of “f**k” moments you don’t forget.
At first it was just us chasing those thrills. Then we realised plenty of other people wanted the same thing: adventure without cages, crowds, or waiting in line behind fifty tour buses. That’s how POV Travel came to life.
Since then, we’ve been swimming with sharks in Baja, baked in the deserts of Algeria while staring at ancient art, observed elephants in Sri Lanka, and snorkeled with creatures that sound made up (Google dugongs). We’ve stood where the Sumerians once stood in Iraq and watched mako sharks rocket past like underwater missiles.
Every trip we run comes straight from our own obsessions. These aren’t copy-paste itineraries. They’re our favorite places, the animals we respect most, and the stories we refuse to let fade.

WHY WE DO THIS

Adventure isn’t just about the rush, though let’s be honest, the rush is a big part of it. It’s about seeing the world raw and unfiltered. When you’re watching orcas hunt seals in Argentina, snorkeling with hammerheads in the Galápagos, or stumbling across lost petroglyphs in Colombia, you realize the planet isn’t just a backdrop. It’s alive.
We run these trips because we want more people who actually give a damn. The more you’ve seen, the harder it is to ignore what’s at stake. That’s why everything we do is built on ethical travel, good stories, and experiences that make you want to protect the wild corners of this planet.
The world doesn’t need more tourists. It needs explorers with muddy boots, salty hair, and a mischievous grin.
