Cancellation & Refund Policy

POV Travel – Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Effective Date: 01.09.2025

 

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. This Refund Policy applies to all group tours, custom tours, and flight help bookings.

 

1. General Policy

 

All bookings are subject to the terms outlined below. Refund eligibility depends on the service booked and the timeline of cancellation.

 

2. Group Tours

 

Non-refundable deposit: All group tours require a non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

Cancellations by you:

61+ days before departure: Refund of the balance paid (excluding deposit).

60 days or less before departure: No refund.

 

Cancellations by us: If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or credit toward a future trip.

 

3. Custom Tours

 

Due to the personalized nature of custom tours, all payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

 

Date changes may be possible but are subject to supplier availability and fees.

 

4. Flight Help Services

 

Our flight help fee is non-refundable, even if the airline refuses to process the change, refund, or compensation.

 

Any refunds for flights are subject to the airline’s own policies.

 

5. Force Majeure

 

No refunds will be given for cancellations due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, airline strikes). We may offer a credit at our discretion.

 

6. Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method, minus any bank or transaction fees.
